📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on all legal matters related to the automotive distribution business.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry-specific regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential legal issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role within the automotive or distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in legal practice or a related field is a plus.
