📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and record all financial transactions for farm and manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide financial support to operational teams, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a farm or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
