📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and record-keeping
- Support the management team in various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian
