Logistics & Material Coordinator

As a Logistics & Material Coordinator at ATTA STUDI0, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for our projects. You will use tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that materials are delivered on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with procurement team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track inventory levels and manage storage facilities using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor material costs and ensure compliance with budget allocations.
• Collaborate with project managers to address any material-related issues or delays.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect material storage and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of all material transactions and inventory levels.
• Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and specifications.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics and procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and material coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards is a plus.
