📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packaging machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Document maintenance activities and record equipment performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in the food packaging industry.
- Certification in maintenance or a related field (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)).
- Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP or Maximo.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
