📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety patrols to inspect mining sites, equipment, and infrastructure for potential hazards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing first aid and coordinating evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment, including personal protective gear and emergency response tools.
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees, emphasizing the importance of safety and compliance.
• Document and report safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards to the management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices to minimize the impact on the local ecosystem.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety patrol and emergency response roles in the mining industry.
• Certification in First Aid and Advanced First Aid (e.g., P3K, P2K3).
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate emergency response teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and tools, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate mining vehicles and equipment.
