As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, chefs, and other service providers to deliver outstanding service to guests. Your mission is to ensure that every aspect of villa operations runs smoothly, from housekeeping and maintenance to food and beverage services. You will work closely with property managers and other stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of luxury villas, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Manage and coordinate a team of housekeepers, chefs, and other service providers.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all villas.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain villa standards.
- Work with property managers to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury villa setting.
- Proven experience in managing housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software such as Frontdesk, Opera, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
