📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brew specialty coffee using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Assist in stocking and organizing coffee supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and pour-over
• Collaborate with the team to create an inviting and vibrant café atmosphere
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and manual brewing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with a diverse clientele
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
