As the EXIM Leader, you will be the backbone of our international trade operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our manufacturing facilities and global partners. You'll leverage your expertise in international trade, logistics, and supply chain management to optimize our export and import processes, making Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group a leader in the industry.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturers, logistics providers, and international clients, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Your strategic insights will be crucial in expanding our market reach and enhancing our competitive edge in the global marketplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all export and import operations for manufacturing and logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics providers, and international clients to optimize supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance export and import efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage trade finances, including invoicing, payment processing, and risk management.
• Stay updated with international trade trends and regulations, providing expert advice to the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of export and import processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international trade partners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Export-Import operations, with a proven track record in manufacturing and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hold a valid Export-Import license or certification from relevant authorities.
