📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export/import customs clearance for trucking and logistics clients.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues and delays.
• Stay updated on changes in customs policies and procedures, and provide training to team members as needed.
• Utilize SAP Customs and JDE software to manage and streamline customs processes.
• Conduct regular audits of customs documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their customs-related inquiries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs administration, preferably in the trucking and logistics industry.
• Proven expertise in export/import customs clearance, with a deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations.
• Familiarity with SAP Customs and JDE software, or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Professional Indonesian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid customs clearance certificate or equivalent qualification.
