📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Head in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely restocking.
• Train and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, including sales data and inventory turnover.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a technical or industrial retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
