📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law, industrial relations, and compliance matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on labor disputes and grievances, and represent the company in negotiations with labor unions and government agencies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of employment practices to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, and provide training and workshops for HR teams.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business units to ensure that employment practices are consistent with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employment matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws, regulations, and labor standards.
• Proven experience in providing legal advice and guidance on employment matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR teams, business units, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in labor and employment law (e.g., Certified Labor Law Specialist (CLLS) or similar).
• Experience working in a dynamic and innovative technology company, preferably in the travel or related industries.
