📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met,Maintain and update training records,Provide feedback and support to employees,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices,Assist in the development of new training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
