📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between the candidate and the organization.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
