Sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the company.,Conducting job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
