📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to the logistics team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the logistics operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
