📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions within the company.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing HR operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
