📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests and staff.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the front desk team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reservations and guest management.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
