Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and mentoring a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Managing inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.
• Creating and implementing new menu items and recipes.
• Ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
