📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Manage the sales team by providing training, support, and motivation.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
