📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
