ZENIX Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Warehouse Staff to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to our customers. As a Lead Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping of goods.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and security procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
