📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of assigned stores.,Ensure that all store activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and reported.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor junior store administrators.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a related role.,Proven track record of managing store operations efficiently.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry standards and best practices.,Ability to travel as required for store visits and meetings.
