📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
