Home Den Dinamis is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent organizational skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Oversee the safety of the fleet, including regular inspections, driver training, and compliance with safety regulations.,Handle vehicle bookings and reservations, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off of vehicles.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to vehicle operation is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
