📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and replacement of building systems and equipment.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve facility management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Certifications in relevant fields such as LEED, BREEAM, or other green building certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Bali is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed.
