• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on event performance and financial status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet and event operations management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality culture and traditions.
