📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and manage ServiceNow Change Management processes to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.,Work closely with IT teams to identify, assess, and implement changes to IT infrastructure and applications.,Provide support and training to end users on the use of ServiceNow Change Management tools and processes.,Monitor and report on the performance of the Change Management process, identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain and update ServiceNow Change Management documentation and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT service management and change management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Change Management process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a ServiceNow Change Management Analyst or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of ITIL and change management best practices.,Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly Change Management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
