📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the entire testing process for banking and financial platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of testers.
• Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the testing process.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality.
• Monitor and report on testing metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test management.
• Proven experience in managing testing teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience in the banking and financial industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
