📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost performance, cost variances, and cost forecasts.,Conduct regular cost audits and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors.,Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related advice and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles, methods, and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with construction contracts, tendering processes, and payment terms.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
