TechInnovate Indonesia is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to join our team in Padang. As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining firmware for IoT devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This is a full-time position with a flexible shift schedule between morning and afternoon shifts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain firmware for IoT devices,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware and software components,Optimize firmware performance and power consumption,Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues,Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IoT firmware development,Participate in project planning and estimation activities,Document firmware design and implementation details

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field,5+ years of experience in firmware development for IoT devices,Proficiency in C/C++ programming language,Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, AVR, ESP32),Knowledge of IoT protocols and communication standards (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP),Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and teamwork skills
