ConnectOS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our US Financial Advisory team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from Bali while contributing to our clients' financial success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and a deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.,Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, and other financial accounts.,Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and strategic initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Train and mentor junior accountants to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a financial advisory role.,Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, including but not limited to QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.,Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software is a plus.
