Bay Web Pratama is looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Jember.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping,Prepare and submit tax returns,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
