In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to various locations within Indonesia.
