📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer trends.
