📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer's specifications and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement measures to reduce costs where possible.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision making.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
