Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance, such as increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that the department is operating within its financial limits.,Conduct regular performance reviews with employees, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.,Attend and participate in team meetings, departmental meetings, and company-wide meetings as required.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to improve the department's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the coffee industry.,A strong background in business management, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,A proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,A passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
